How
do you ship the merchandise?
We try to ship right away, but we sometimes are delayed. If you need
your items quickly, please let us know. Generally, we will ship using
USPS priority mail. If you prefer to have your package shipped by UPS,
however, please let us know, and we will work out the details with you.
Please note that the delivery charges appearing on the automatic
invoice are for USA DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY. International shipping
will have to be calculated individually, and we will send our international
customers an invoice with adjusted shipping charges. INTERNATIONAL
CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: Your purchase may be subject to customs,
duty, taxes and other fees. Aside Line may not be aware of these at
shipping time. Please check with your local postal officials for more
information.

How
do I pay for merchandise I order?
You can pay using your checking account, or use Visa,
Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or PayPal. All payment methods
are accepted by our website.

What
is PayPal?
PayPal is an on line service which handles payments for auctions and
internet stores like ours. It is safe and secure, and very easy to use.
If you are not already a member of PayPal, you will be prompted to create
an account when you check out. When you initially sign up as a member
of PayPal, you will receive a $5 bonus directly from them! Click

New
Jersey customers, please note:
Orders from NJ customers are subject to NJ sales tax of 6%. Currently,
our checkout software is erroneously charging NJ sales tax on ALL items,
including clothing, which is exempt from tax. We are working to correct
this problem. In the interim, however, we will either credit you with
the excess charged, or you can contact us directly with your order by
email or phone, and we will issue an adjusted invoice. Our apologies
in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Having
a problem with our website?
If you experience
any difficulty when attempting to make a purchase, please contact us
immediately at info@asideline.com.
If you have difficulty placing an online order, send us the list of
items you wish to purchase, as well as your name, shipping address,
telephone and email. We will send you an invoice and get your order
together offline, until we get it fixed. Thanks for understanding, and
we are sorry for any inconvenience.
